Insurance
HealingSpace Medical Center is in network with BlueCross BlueShield PPO plans. We are out of network for all other insurance carriers, including Medicare, and BlueCross BlueShield HMO plans.
HealingSpace uses HealthLab for our laboratory testing. HealthLab is in network with most insurance plans. Click here to learn more about HealthLab and check if they accept your insurance.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. We also accept CareCredit for the convenience of our patients. (Click here to learn more about CareCredit.)
Non-Medical Services
Payment is required at the time of scheduling for all non-medical services.

CareCredit is the healthcare credit card exclusively created to finance out-of-pocket healthcare costs. CareCredit offers special financing to help patients access healthcare appointments, procedures, and services not covered by insurance. Plus, you can use your CareCredit card over and over for follow-up appointments.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with a minimum of 48 hour notice. In the event that you are unable to provide such notice, you will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation fees. Our office will accept cancellations during office hours by phone or after hours through the patient portal if received at least 48 hours before your appointment. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to accommodate other patients.
